Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku totálních endoprotéz kolenního kloubu. Obecná část pojednává o biomechanice a kineziologii kolenního kloubu a stručně také o historii vývoje jeho aloplastiky. Dále jsou zmíněny i indikace a kontraindikace operačního výkonu, operační technika a pooperační komplikace. Speciální část je věnována fyzioterapii po totální endoprotéze kolenního kloubu. Rehabilitační program je rozdělen na tři fáze a doplněn o jednotlivé terapeutické postupy a metody. Na závěr je prezentována kazuistika pacienta po implantaci totální endoprotézy kolenního kloubu.This bachelor thesis focuses on the total knee replacements. The general part of the paper deals mainly with the biomechanics and kinesiology of the knee replacement, but the history of the development of the aforementioned will be briefly discussed as well. The indications as well as contraindications of the actual surgery, the surgery technique and the post-operative complications are all mentioned concisely. A special part is dedicated to the physiotherapy following the total knee replacement . The rehabilitation programme is split into three parts and completed with individual therapeutic methods. The casuistic of the patient after the knee replacement surgery is concentrated on in the last part.
