Předmětem bakalářské práce je možnost využití hormonální antikoncepce v terapeutických indikacích, především v léčbě gynekologických hormonálně dependentních onemocnění. Cílem práce bylo vytvořit přehledovou studii a stručně shrnout historii antikoncepce, zaměřit se na aktuální informace o kombinované hormonální antikoncepce (COC). Práce předkládá poznatky o takovýchto onemocněních, náplní práce je zjistit jejich prevalenci v ženské populaci, zhodnotit přínos terapie s využitím COC, doporučit výběr nejvhodnějšího konkrétního léčebného režimu či preparátu a poukázat na případná úskalí nebo komplikace léčby. Úkolem je také připojit doporučený postup k minimalizaci případných rizik léčby COC.The subject of the thesis is the possibility of using hormonal contraceptives in the therapeutic indications, especially in the treatment of hormone-dependent gynaecological diseases. The aim was to create a review study, and briefly summarize the history of contraception, focusing on current information about the combined oral contraceptive (COC). The paper presents evidence of such diseases, contents of the work is to determine their prevalence in female population, evaluate the benefits of therapy with the use of COC, recommend the most appropriate choice of a particular treatment regime or formulation and point out potential pitfalls and complications of treatment. The aim is also to connect the recommended procedure to minimisation of the potential risks of treatment COC.
