Cílem této bakalářské práce je poukázat na problematiku hodnocení bolesti u novorozenců a nelehký úkol zdravotnického personálu při prevenci, diagnostice a stanovení ošetřovatelského plánu. V přehledové práci je pozornost zaměřena na definici bolesti u novorozence, identifikaci,klinické ukazatele, požadavky na diagnostické metody, systémy hodnotící bolest, důsledky bolesti u novorozenců a dětí a především na způsoby tlumení bolesti nefarmakologickými metodami. V závěru jsou shrnuty základní úkoly dětské sestry v ošetřování novorozenců trpících bolestí.The aim of this thesis is to highlight the issue of pain assessment in neonates and difficult task of medical personnel in the prevention, diagnosis and determination of the nursing plan.Tha survey work is focused on the definition of pain in newborns, identificasion, clinical indicators, requirements for diagnostic methods, systems evaluation pain, the consequesces of pain in neonates and children, and especially on non.pharmacological methods of painrelief methods. The conclusion summarizes the basic tasks of nurses in the care of newborns suffering from pain.
