Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na téma intervenční mamologie. Zabývá se vakuovou biopsií, core-cut biopsií, punkcí tenkou jehlou, předoperačními lokalizacemi a zobrazovacími metodami. Shrnuje poznatky o přesném postupu těchto jednotlivých intervenčních výkonů. Zahrnuje také jednotlivé pomůcky, nástroje, indikace, kontraindikace a komplikace. Nechybí také ošetření nemocných po výkonu. Tato bakalářská práce je přehledem dohledaných publikovaných poznatků v českém jazyce o intervenční mamologii. Byly použity odborné články opublikované v českém jazyce v těchto odborných časopisech: Česká Radiologie, Klinická onkologie, Praktická radiologie, Česká gynekologie, Onkologie a Praktická gynekologie. Dále byly použity tři knihy a elektronické zdroje.The bachelor thesis focuses on the topic of interventionist science of breasts. It deals with the vacuum biopsy, core-cut biopsy, fine needle aspiration biopsy, preoperative localizations and methods of imaging. It summarizes pieces of knowledge on the exact process of these individual interventionist operations. The thesis also includes the individual tools, instruments, indications, contraindications and complications. There is also the treatment of patients after the operation. This bachelor thesis is an overview of the available Czech published pieces of knowledge concerning the interventionist science of breasts. Scientific articles published in Czech in these scholarly journals were also used in the thesis: Česká Radiologie, Klinická onkologie, Praktická radiologie, Česká gynekologie, Onkologie and Praktická gynekologie. In addition, three books and electronic sources were used.
