Práca sa zaoberá diagnostikou silových schopností dolných končatín u profesionálnych futbalistov po plastike predného skríženého väzu a zdravých futbalistov. Úroveň silových schopností bola meraná na izokinetickom bicyklovom ergometri Ergocycle pri frekvencii 100 otáčok za minútu. Cieľom práce bolo sledovať nárast úrovne silových schopností u operovaných futbalistov v priebehu časového obdobia 8-16 týždňov po operácii. V priebehu ôsmich týždňov sme zaznamenali signifikantný nárast úrovne silových schopností a zmiernenie laterálneho deficitu silových schopností dolných končatín zo 43,3 na 10,3 percenta. Zistili sme, že úroveň silových schopností u zdravých profesionálnych futbalistov je signifikantne vyššia ako u futbalistov 16 týždňov po operácii predného skríženého väzu.Work deals with the diagnostics of strength abilities in lower extremities of professional soccer players after ACL reconstruction and healthy soccer players. The level of strength and abilities was measured on isokinetic cycle ergometer called Ergocycle on frequency of 100 rotations per minute. The goal of this thesis was to monitor the growth of strength abilities of operated soccer players during the recovery time of 8 to 16 weeks after their surgery. During those 8 weeks there was a significant growth recorded in strength abilities and reduction of functional bilateral deficit of leg strength abilities from 43,3% to 10,3 %. It was also found that the level in strength abilities of healthy professional soccer players is significantly higher than it is for players 16 weeks after ACL reconstruction.
