Tato práce shrnuje vznik, prevenci, patogenezi a biomechaniku valgózního palce. Zabývá se kineziologií a funkcí nohy, dále fyzioterapií v léčbě valgozity palce. Poukazuje na nejnovější metody léčby a na možné příčiny vzniku valgozity palce a jejich eliminaci. Vychází hlavně z principů senzomotorické stimulace, aplikací kineziotapu a dalších podpůrných pomůcek. Dále srovnává konzervativní terapii s chirurgickou. Poznatky získané studiem dané problematiky byly ověřeny kazuistickou studií.This thesis summarizes etiology, prevention, pathogenesis and biomechanics of hallux valgus. It deals with kinesiology and function of the foot, as well as physiotherapy in the treatment of hallux valgus. It refers to the latest methods of treatment and possible causes of hallux valgus etiology and their elimination. Based primarily on the principles of sensormotor stimulation, kinesiotape applications and other supporting equipment the thesis also compares conservative and surgical therapy. The knowledge obtained while studying the issue has been verified through a case report.
