Práce pojednává o pacientech po srdečním bypassu z pohledu fyzioterapeuta. Shrnuje a ověřuje všechny známé poznatky, postupy a formy dostupné v časopisech, knihách i studiích od našich i zahraničních autorů. Soustřeďuje se na kardiovaskulární systém a jeho onemocnění, především na ischemickou chorobu srdeční a podrobně se zabývá její diagnostikou a léčbou, zejména chirurgickou. Podrobněji je zde rozepsán aortokoronární bypass. V práci je popsána také předoperační rehabilitace, která má velký efekt u plánovaných operačních zákroků. Dále je zmíněna nemocniční, posthospitalizační a lázeňská rehabilitace s fyzikální a pohybovou terapií. Shrnut je zde také vliv aortokoronárního bypassu na variabilitu srdeční frekvence a pro kompletnost práce také kazuistika pacienta po aortokoronárním bypassu.The work deals with patients after heart bypass surgery from physiotherapist?s point of view. It summarizes and verifies all known knowledge, procedures and forms available in magazines, books and studies from our and foreign authors. It focuses on cardiovascular system and its disorders, especially on coronary artery disease and in detail deals with its diagnosis and treatment, especially surgical treatment. Coronary artery bypass graft is elaborately described here. The work also describes pre-operative rehabilitation which has a large effect for planned surgeries. Also mentioned is hospital, posthospital and spa rehabilitation with physical therapy and exercise. Summarized is also the influence of coronary artery bypass surgery on the variability of heart frequency and for complexity of the work the case study of a patient after coronary artery bypass graft.
