Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá studiem vlivu Shiatsu masáží na organismus člověka. Zpracovává historii, principy Shiatsu terapie, vytyčuje základní myšlenky z východního tradičního učení a fyziologické aspekty Shiatsu masáže. Je charakterizován pohled na současný stav Shiatsu na našem území. Zmíněny jsou školy Shiatsu, srovnání klasické masáže se Shiatsu metodou, základní styly Shiatsu. Výzkumné šetření bylo realizováno formou ankety na dvaceti pěti respondentech, kdy odpovídalo sedm mužů a osmnáct žen v rozmezí od dvaceti dvou do šedesáti let. Anketní otázky se týkaly zjištění informovanosti o masážních technikách Shiatsu. Dále byly hodnoceny pocity po aplikované masáži a vytvořena doporučení.The presented bachelor thesis focuses on the influence of Shiatsu massage on the human body. The thesis is concerned with history and principles of Shiatsu therapy. It also defines the basic ideas from traditional eastern teachings and it looks at the physiological aspects of Shiatsu massage. It describes current views regarding Shiatsu in our country. And it presents the different schools and styles of Shiatsu and provides a comparison of classic massage with Shiatsu method. The research was conducted by questioning twenty five people. The respondents comprised seven men and eighteen women who ranged in age from twenty two to sixty years. The questions were focused on finding out their knowledge of Shiatsu massage, their feelings after the apllication of massage and there were created the recommendations.
