Bakalářská práce porovnává působení prezidentů při jednotlivém sestavování vlád v České republice. Je zaměřena na jednotlivá vládní období a na to jak prezidenti využívali svých pravomocí či sílu osobnosti k prosazení svých politických cílů v oblasti sestavování vlád. Práce je zaměřena na oblast sestavování vlád z důvodu, že v důsledku vládní krize dochází k nárůstu síly prezidenta a ten má větší prostor k ovlivňování politické situace. Mezi politology a právníky dochází k mnoha sporům o tom, co vlastně je a co už není v kompetenci prezidenta a zda prezident může svůj vliv uplatnit nebo ne. Tato práce se snaží objasnit a zhodnotit chování obou prezidentů se závěrem, který z nich je silnější osobnost a který z nich někdy v oblasti sestavování vlád překročil pravomoci dané mu ústavou.Bachelor thesis compares the influence of Presidents in forming of the individual governments in the Czech Republic. It is focused on the individual governmental periods and how presidents use their authority and personality in the formation of governments. The thesis focuses on the government forming. The reason for this is the fact that during a governmental crisis the power of the President increases and he then has more scope to influence the political situation. Among political scientists and lawyers arise many disputes about what is and what is not in the power of the President and whether he can exert his influence. This thesis seeks to clarify and evaluate the behavior of both Presidents. The conclusion tells which of them has stronger personality and which of them sometime exceeded the powers given by the Constitution.
