Práce je zaměřena na problematiku plochonoží. První část popisuje anatomické struktury se vztahem ke klenbám nožním, jejich kineziologické principy a vlastní struktury, které klenby přímo utvářejí. Součástí je i uvedení subtypů nohy dle Roota, které s tvarem kleneb přímo souvisí a de facto ho i předurčují. Poslední částí této kapitoly je shrnutím samotného plochonoží, jeho typů včetně mechanismu vzniku a klinické manifestace. Další kapitoly popisují krokový cyklus a jeho fáze a dále metody vyšetření pacienta a způsoby jejich vyhodnocení. Kapitola konzervativní terapie uvádí nejběžnější a nejčastěji využívané terapeutické koncepty a ukazuje i nový trend v podobě funkční obuvi. Součástí práce je také kazuistika pacienta s klinicky diagnostikovaným bilaterálním poklesem příčné klenby a výsledky měření pilotní studie hodnotící vliv nošení obuvi Vibram FiveFingers? na rozložení tlaků pod jednotlivými oblastmi nohy.The thesis is focused on the problem of the flat foot. The first part describes anatomical structures related to foot-arches, their kinesiological principles, and structures which form the foot-arches. Part of the work also mentions the feet subtypes according to Root, which directly relates to foot-arches and de facto predetermines it. The last part of this chapter is a summary of flat feet and their types, including mechanisms of their commencement and clinical manifestations. Other chapters describe the step cycle and its phases as well methods of patient examination and the ways of evaluation. The chapter of conservative therapy gives the most common and most frequently used therapeutic concepts and shows a new trend in the form of functional footwear. Part of the work includes a case study of a patient with clinically diagnosed bilateral fall on the transverse arches and the measurement results of the pilot study, which assess the effect of wearing Vibram FiveFingers? footwear on the distribution of pressure under individual areas of the foot.
