Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou přezkumu hospodaření územních samosprávných celků. Teoretická část práce je věnována podrobné charakteristice vybraných právních předpisů. Empirická část je zpracována na dva úseky. První úsek je zpracován pomocí vlastního výzkumu a druhý dle popisu případových studií vybraných subjektů územních samosprávných celků. V závěru jsou navrhnuta nápravná opatření daných porušení právních předpisů.The thesis deals with the problems of the financial and administrating review of territorial self-governing units. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on detailing the characteristics of the representative legal regulations. The empirical part is divided into two sections. In the first section the method of the personal research is used, whereas in the second section the author describes the territorial self-governing units by using chosen case studies. The conclusion contains suggestions for remedial actions of the specific breach of the applied legal regulations.
