Cílem práce je navrhnout nutné změny pro přechod od strategického řízení k učící se organizaci. V rámci teoretických východisek jsou vymezeny koncepty strategie, strategického řízení a učící se organizace a jejích pěti disciplín. Metodou pro návrh změn je vytvoření kategorií pro jednotlivá doporučení pro vznik učící s organizace. Tyto kategorie jsou následně dále popsány a specifikovány.The aim of this thesis is to propose necessary changes in transition from strategic management to learning organization. First, we focus on theoretical backgrounds and we define especially the terms strategy, strategic management and learning organization with its five disciplines. The categorization of particular recommendations for creating a learning organization is the method for the proposal. These categories are subsequently described and specified.
