Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá systémem vzdělávání ve firmě XY. Cílem práce je deskripce vzdělávacího systému firmy XY, identifikace možných nedostatků a následný návrh jejich řešení. První část práce tvoří terminologické ukotvení a popis systematického vzdělávání a jeho čtyř fází na základě odborné literatury. Zároveň představuje podklad pro druhou část této práce, která začíná deskripcí vzdělávacího systému firmy XY. Následuje identifikace nedostatků ve vzdělávacím systému firmy XY a návrh jejich řešení. Tato kapitola představuje vyústění celé práce.This bachelor thesis deals with the educational system in the company XY. The aim of this work is description of the educational system of the company XY, identifying potential weaknesses and the subsequent proposal for their solution. The first part of the thesis consists of defining the terminology and description of systematic education and its four phases based on the literature. It also represents the basis for the second part of this work, which begins with the description of the educational system of company XY. The identification of deficiencies in the educational system of company XY and proposition for its solution follows. This chapter represents the outcome of the thesis.
