Diplomová práce se zabývá tématem diakonie jako základního úkolu farnosti. Základní odpověď na otázku, zda diakonie patří k podstatným úkolům církve a farnosti dává encyklika Deus caritas est, která církevní komunitu charakterizuje jako ?komunitu lásky?. Encyklika toto tvrzení dokládá svědectvím Písma svatého a pastorálněteologickou reflexí a analýzou některých důležitých dokumentů české katolické církve se snaží zjistit, zda jsou předpoklady pro to, aby diakonie byla takto chápána a uskutečňována ve farnostech české církve.The thesis deals with the theme of diaconia as an essential responsibility of parish. A fundamental answer on the question, whether the diaconia (the ministry of charity) ranks among the essential functions of the Church and the parish, gives the encyclical Deus caritas est, that characterizes the church community as the ?community of love?. The thesis gives evidence of it by the testimony of Scriptures and in the theological reflection and by an analysis of some important documents of the Czech Catholic Church it aims to find out, whether there are some preconditions to understand and realize the diaconia in parishes of the Czech Catholic Church.
