Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na fakta spojená s problematikou řešení údržby a péče o zeleň ve městě Olomouc. Zabývá se především základními otázkami v organizaci údržby zeleně s důrazem na to, které organizace plní státní správu, jak se k problematice staví město, co by plnitel samosprávy a jaké společnosti tvoří výkonnou složkou. Práce popisuje základní kompetence a náplň práce, představující samotnou údržbu o městskou zeleň jednotlivých organizací. Přístup k zeleni je státně řízen zákonem 114/1992, Sb., o ochraně přírody a krajiny a veškerá péče s ní spojená je zákonem striktně definována.This thesis focuses on the facts associated with the problems of maintenance and care of green spaces in the city of Olomouc. It mainly deals with fundamental issues in the green maintenance organization with an emphasis on the fact that the organization fulfills the government as to the issue of building the city, what would be a doer of what government and society are a powerful component. The work describes the basic skills and job representing the very maintenance of urban green areas of individual organizations. Access to the countryside is controlled by state law 114/1992, Coll. On nature and landscape and all the care associated with it is strictly defined by law.
