Tématem mé Diplomové práce je Ochrana klimatického systému Země a její realizace v České republice. Cílem mé práce je vymezit pojem klimatický systém Země, nastínit jeho fungování, změny a vysvětlit tzv. skleníkový efekt. V další části se zabývám samotnou ochranou klimatického systému a její realizací na úrovni mezinárodní, unijní a především vnitrostátní. Zaměřila jsem se na právní vývoj a institucionální zajištění v této poměrně nové problematice, provedla jsem analýzu opatření a nástrojů, které jsou v této oblasti využívány k dosažení vytyčených cílů.The topic of my diploma work is The Protection of the Earth Climate System and its implementation in the Czech Republic. The goal of my work is to discuss the term "Earth climate system", its functioning, changes, and explain the so-called greenhouse effect. In the following part I deal with the protection of the climate system itself, and its implementation on the international, EU, and mainly domestic levels. I have focused on the legal development and institutional background in this relatively new field, performed an analysis of the measures and tools, which are used in this field to reach the laid out goals.
