Diplomová práce se zabývá presbyopií, jejími projevy a příčinami vzniku, metodami určujícími presbyopickou korekci a korekcí presbyopie. Pro ucelení tématu je teoretická část doplněna popisem akomodačního aparátu, teorií akomodace, vyšetřovacími metodami akomodace a jejími poruchami. Cílem práce bylo porovnání jednotlivých metod stanovující presbyopickou adici a určení, která z metod dosahuje nejlepších výsledků.This thesis deals with presbyopia, its symptoms and causes, methods determining presbyopic correction and the correction of presbyopia itself. For completeness of the topic, the theoretical part is supplemented with the description of the accommodation apparatus, theory of accommodation, accommodation examination methods and its disorders. The target of this study was to compare the particular methods determining presbyopic addition and define which method achieves the best results.
