Diplomová práca sa zaoberá problematikou syndrómu vyhorenia v pohľade na prácu fyzioterapeutov. V teoretickej časti prináša súhrn poznatkov v oblasti syndrómu vyhorenia, kvality života a samotný pohľad na problematiku profesie fyzioterapeut. Výskumná časť je postavená na dotazníkovom šetrení realizovanom na súbore fyzioterapeutov v nemocniciach Olomouckého kraja. Výskum porovnáva mieru rizika vzniku syndrómu vyhorenia a kvalitu života fyzioterapeutov s ohľadom na stanovené hypotézy. Diplomová práca je pokusom autora priniesť ucelený pohľad na problematiku syndrómu vyhorenia v profesií fyzioterapeut, podložený výsledkami vlastnej výskumnej práce a zároveň poukazuje na vhodnosť zvýšenia starostlivosti v prevencií a zvládaní tohto syndrómu u fyzioterapeutov.The thesis deals with the problem of burnout in relation to the work of physiotherapists. The theoretical part provides a summary of knowledge in the field of burnout, quality of life itself and looks at the issue of a physiotherapist profession. The research part is based on a survey involving a set of physiotherapists in hospitals in the Olomouc region. The research compares the level of risk of burnout and quality of life of physiotherapists with respect to the specified hypothesis. The author?s aspiration with the thesis is to provide a comprehensive review of the problem of burnout in the physiotherapist profession, supported by the results of own research work and also points out the appropriateness of an increased care in prevention and management of this syndrome in physiotherapists.
