Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku a na postoje společnosti k příslušníkům romské menšiny. V teoretické části se věnuji charakteristice Romů, vysvětlení některých základních pojmů, které se vztahují k této problematice. Nakonec se věnuji vzdělávání Romů v České republice. V praktické části uvádím výsledky mého výzkumu, zaměřeného na zjištění postojů žáků k Romům a porovnání z hlediska pohlaví a místa bydliště, dále byl výzkum zaměřen na zjištění postojů pedagogů k Romům a porovnání z hlediska délky praxe ve školství a zkušeností s výukou romských dětí.This bachelor thesis focuses on the issues and attitudes of the society towards the Roma minority. The theoretical part deals with the characteristic of the Romanies, the explanation of some basic terms relating to this issue. It also deals with the education of the Romanies in the Czech Republic. The practical part of this thesis states the results of my research. The research surveys of the pupils´attitudes towards the Roma minority in terms of sex and a place of residence. It also targets the attitudes of teachers towards Roma schoolchildren in terms of years taught and experience with teaching Roma schoolchildren.
