Bakalářská práce se zabývá oblastí zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením, podporou a poradenstvím za účelem úspěšného začlenění na trhu práce. Především je zaměřena na nejvíce znevýhodněnou skupinu osob, kterými jsou absolventi škol se zdravotním postižením vstupujícím na trh práce poprvé. Teoretická část vymezuje osoby se zdravotním postižením, podporu zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižením a změny v systému zaměstnanosti a zabezpečení osob se zdravotním postižením. Praktická část se zabývá průzkumem zaměstnávání absolventů škol se zdravotním postižením v rámci Olomouckého kraje a grafickým znázorněním zjištěných údajů.This Bachelor thesis deals with the issue of employing, advising and assisting disabled people in their effort to integrate themselves successfully into the labour market. It especially focuses on the most disadvantaged group, i.e. disabled school leavers entering the labour market for the first time. The theoretical part defines the persons with disabilities as well as the support of employing such persons and it specifies the changes in the employment and welfare system for the disabled persons. The practical part includes a survey of employing the persons with disabilities within the Olomouc Region and it also illustrates the findings.
