Práce se zabývá motivací zdravotních sester v České republice. Teoretická východiska práce obsahují definici motivace a její rozdělení. Dále je popsán motivační proces dle poznatků významných osobností. Jsou zde rozděleni motivační činitelé práce. Cílem práce bylo zjistit spokojenost zdravotních sester se svým povoláním a částečně zmapovat problematiku pracovní motivace. Výzkum se také zaměřil na zvládání pracovní zátěže. Výsledky dotazníku jsou a dosazeny do grafů.The work deals with the motivation of nurses in the Czech Republic. The theoretical bases of the work contain the definition of motivation and its division. It is further described the motivation process according to the knowledge of important personalities. There are divided motivational factors of work. The aim of the work was to determine satisfaction of nurses with their profession and partially chart the issue of work motivation. The research is also focused on the coping of the workload. Results of the questionnaire are put into the charts.
