Předmětem této diplomové práce je analýza koncentračních a dekoncentračních procesů ve vybraných regionech České republiky. Vybranými regiony jsou jednotlivé kraje České republiky a sledované období je od roku 1869 do roku 2011. K analýze těchto procesů jsou využity poměrně jednoduché statistické a kartografické metody. K hodnocení územní koncentrace jsou využity například Lorenzova křivka, Giniho koeficient, indexy heterogenity, areály maximálního zalidnění či velikostní struktura obcí. Po obecném zhodnocení koncentračních a dekoncentračních procesů v České republice je hodnocen vývoj v jednotlivých krajích ČR. Na závěr této práce je z výsledků jednotlivých krajů vytvořena jednoduchá typologie krajů, která charakterizuje daný vývoj v kraji.The subject of this thesis is the analysis of the concentration and de-concentration processes in the selected regions of the Czech Republic. The selected regions are individual regions of the Czech Republic and the monitored period is from the year 1869 to the year 2011. The analysis of these processes applies relatively simple statistical and cartographical methods. The evaluation of the spatial concentration uses for example Lorenz curve, Gini coefficient, heterogeneity indices, areas of the highest population denisty and the size structure of municipalities. After the general assessment of the concentration and the de-concentration processes in the Czech Republic, the thesis focuses on evaluation of the development in individual Regions of the Czech Republic. In the conclusion it brings together the results acquired in these areas to create a simple typology of regions, which characterizes the development in the regions.
