Tato práce má didaktický charakter, zabývá se tématem využití jedlých planých rostlin v současnosti a historickém kontextu a možnostmi, jak zpřístupnit tuto problematiku studentům středních škol i široké veřejnosti. Hlavním výstupem práce je didaktický materiál s názvem ?Divoká kuchařka ? plané rostliny v přírodě i na talíři?. Tento materiál má interaktivní podobu a byl zpracován na základě studia vědecké i populárně naučné literatury zabývající se touto problematikou. Umožňuje studentům rozšířit si botanické znalosti o rostlinách a jejich potravinovém využití. Jedná se celkem o 60 rostlinných druhů jedlých planých rostlin. Jsou zde uvedeny stručné botanické charakteristiky jednotlivých druhů a jejich fotografie usnadňující determinaci v přírodě. Didaktický materiál je doplněn o historické zajímavosti a způsoby využívání těchto rostlin v minulosti. Tato kapitola si klade za cíl zvýšit atraktivitu výuky a uplatnit mezipředmětové vazby s dějepisem. Dále jsou u jednotlivých rostlin uvedeny kapitoly o sběru a využití jednotlivých částí jedlých rostlin v jídelníčku moderního člověka, včetně několika možných receptů. Také je zde obsažena kapitola o některých látkách obsažených v rostlinách. It deals with the use of uncultivated edible plants in both contemporary and historical contexts. It also proposes a way to present these problems to high school students and to the general public. The principal end result of this thesis is a body of instructional material entitled ?The Wild Cookbook / Uncultivated plants in nature and on our plates?. The whole body of material is interactively composed and was developed by studying both scientific and popular instructional literature. It will help students to develop a better understanding of botany and the use of plants for human consumption. Within the content of the thesis information can be found about 60 edible uncultivated plant species. The reader will learn the general botanical profile of each plant, with illustrations included to help to identify it in the wild. This instructional material also includes a chapter about historical curiosities and the ways in which these plants were used in earlier times. This particular chapter aspires to make the teaching process more appealing, while introducing the interrelated character of botany and history. In the thesis, chapters can also be found that relate to the collection of plants as well as which parts can be used for contemporary human consumption. It also covers some recipes and rules for preparing the plants for them.
