Tato závěrečná diplomová práce pojednává o frazeologii a věnuje se jí jak po stránce teoretické, tak po stránce praktické. Je rozdělena do dvou částí. V první části je krátce nastíněná historie frazeologie a její současné zaměření. Dále se zde nachází definice frazeologismu a jeho charakteristické znaky, které jsou jednotlivě popsány. První část uzavírá kapitola zabývající se srovnáním německých a českých frazeologismů spolu s druhy ekvivalencí. Cílem druhé, prakticky zaměřené části je vytvoření korpusu německých frazeologismů, které významově souvisí s ?hloupostí? a dohledání českých ekvivalentů. Na příkladových větách je možno vidět jejich užití v praxi. Následně je u každého frazeologismu určena ekvivalence. Konečné výsledky práce jsou shrnuty v závěru.This thesis deals with phraseology and is dedicated to it from both theoretical and practical side. The thesis consists of two parts. In the first part the history of phraseology and its current focus are briefly outlined. Furthermore this part also contains a definition of phraseologism and its typical characteristics, which are described there individually. The first part ends with a chapter that compares Czech and German phraseologisms along with descriptions of individual stages of equivalence. The practical part deals with creating a set of German phraseologisms, which are semantically related to ?stupidity? and tracing Czech equivalents. The accompanying example sentences show the practical applications of these phraseologisms. For each of them there is also determined the equivalence. The final results of the thesis can be found in the conclusion.
