Diplomová práce je zaměřena na charakteristiku problematiky domácího násilí v České republice, a to zejména na analýze stavu, struktury a vývoje domácího násilí. Několik prvních kapitol je věnováno charakteristice násilí, agresivity, pojmu domácí násilí, mýtům o domácím násilí, znakům, formám a průběhu domácího násilí. Hlavní část je zaměřena na současnou právní úpravu, na specifika domácího násilí, pachatele i oběti. Popisuje právní úpravu v trestním zákoníku, zákoně o přestupcích a zákoně o policii a dalších předpisech. Kromě fenomenologie je práce zaměřena také na etiologii domácího násilí. Další část práce je orientována na problematiku kontroly této kriminality. Rozebírá možnosti postupu státních orgánů při řešení případů domácího násilí a možnosti, jak předcházet domácímu násilí s akcentem na primární a sekundární prevenci. Samotný závěr práce shrnuje poznatky získané pří psaní práce, výhody a nedostatky současné právní úpravy, obsahuje pokus o prognózu vývoje v této oblasti do budoucnaThe thesis is aimed at the characteristics of the problems of the domestic violence in the Czech Republic, in particular the analysis of the status, structure and development of the domestic violence. Several introductory chapters attend to characteristics of the violence, aggressiveness, the definition of the domestic violence, to the myths of the domestic violence, features, forms and proceeding of the domestic violence. The main part is aimed at contemporary legal regulations, specificity of the domestic violence, offender and victim. It describes the enactment in the Criminal code, Minor offences code, Act on the Police of the Czech Republic and the legal regulations. In addition to the phenomenology is the thesis aimed at the etiology of the domestic violence. The next part focuses the problems of the control of this kind of violence. It analyses the possibilities of the action of public authorities during the solving the cases of the domestic violence and the possibilities of prevention the domestic violence with the emphasis on the primary and secondary prevention. The conclusion of the thesis summarizes the knowledge gathered during writing this thesis, advantages and deficiencies of contemporary legal regulations and contains the attempt to forecast the development in this area in the future.
