Práce se zaměřuje na metodiku vyšetřování sexuálních trestných činů, se zvláštním zaměřením na prostituci a kuplířství, zejména se zohledněním situace v Českém Těšíně, jakožto příhraniční oblasti, kde je tato činnost kromě velkých měst často koncentrována, a také s ohledem na to, že se jedná o místo mého trvalého bydliště. V úvodu práce se čtenář může zejména seznámit s právní úpravou těchto dvou fenoménů (prostituce a kuplířství) u nás a jejich doprovodnými jevy, a také jak se odlišuje právní úprava v některých vyspělých zahraničních státech. Zvláštní úsek je věnován rozboru kompetenčních orgánů k odhalování, prověřování a vyšetřování prostituce a kuplířství. Jádrem práce je zejména objasnění metodiky vyšetřování sexuálních trestných činů, se zaměřením na kriminalistickou charakteristiku těchto činů, osobu pachatele a oběti, typické vyšetřovací situace společně s vybranými znaky a zvláštnosti metodiky vyšetřování těchto činů. Se zaměřením na prostituci a kuplířství, jsem se pokusila popsat, jak dochází k jejich odhalování, prověřování a vyšetřování příslušnými orgány, vycházejíce z obecné metodiky sexuálních trestných činů a informací získaných z oficiálních internetových stránek Policie ČR a interview poskytnutého mi strážníkem Městské policie Český Těšín. Závěrem je uvedeno také pár konkrétních kauz k problematice se konkrétně vztahujících.This diploma thesis focuses on methodology of sexual crimes with a special concentration on prostitution and pimping. The work takes into consideration mainly the situation in Czech Tesin as a part of the border area, where the activity of sexual crimes is concentrated, unlike the bigger cities and it respects the fact that Czech Tesin is my hometown. In the introduction of my diploma thesis I inform the reader about the legislative layout of the two phenomena (prostitution and pimping) and their incidental effects in our country and also how our legislative system differs from some foreign developed countries. A special section is dedicated to the analysis of the authorities for exposure, screening and investigating of prostitution and pimping. The core of the work clarifies methodology of examination of sexual crimes and concentrates on criminalistic character of these acts, perpetrator and victim, typical investigative situations all together with chosen features and methodical differences of these investigations. Focusing on the prostitution and pimping, I tried to describe the process of exposure, screening and investigating by the authorities, proceeding from the general methodology of sexual crimes and from the information given on the Czech police force official web site, and from an interview provided by police officer from Czech Tesin city police force. In conclusion I have mentioned a couple of specific cases regarding the related issues.
