Diplomová práce zjišťuje a porovnává úroveň znalostí mentorů a studentů o mentorské činnosti ve Fakultní nemocnici Ostrava v oblasti náplně činnosti studentů, v oblasti právní problematiky a v oblasti kompetencí mentora. Obsahem práce je analýza vzdělávání mentorů a všeobecných sester a organizace klinických praxí. Cílem výzkumného šetření bylo identifikovat oblast pro potřeby dalšího rozvoje a vzdělávání. Výsledky výzkumného šetření jsou shrnuty do souboru doporučení pro vedení Fakultní nemocnice Ostrava za účelem rozvoje znalostí svých zaměstnanců a tím zkvalitnění praktické výuky pod vedením mentora na klinických pracovištích.This thesis identifies and compares the level of knowledge of mentors and students about mentoring activities at the University Hospital Ostrava in area of filling activities of students, in area of the legal issues and in the area of mentors competences. Contents of the thesis is an analysis of mentors and nurses education and organization of the clinical practice. The aim of the research was identify the area that needs another development and education. Results of the research are summarized in set of recommendations for management of The University Hospital Ostrava for development of skills of their staff and improve the quality of practical training under the mentors guidance at the clinics by this.
