Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku práce zdravotnických pracovníků s agresivními pacienty s cílem zjistit, jak často dochází k napadení agresivními pacienty. V důsledku nárůstu celospolečenské agresivity dochází k vzestupu agrese také ve zdravotnických zařízeních. Zdravotníci často neznají účinná opatření, jak v případě takové situace správně postupovat. Významným aspektem je také vnímání kritických situací z pohledu napadených zdravotníků, kteří často nenachází dostatečnou podporu a pomoc u svého okolí. Teoretická část práce pojednává o formách agresivního chování, komunikaci a psychické zátěži při péči o agresivní pacienty. Praktická část práce má za úkol zjistit vnímání jednotlivých zdravotníků při situaci napadení, vliv na psychiku a možnosti pomoci po kritické situaci. Získaná data byla využita při vypracování doporučení, jak postupovat v případě napadení agresivním pacientem.My dissertation is focused on the issues of medical staff working with aggressive patients. The objective is to determine the frequency of physical assaults on hospital staff. As a result of the increase in social aggression in general, an increased aggression in health-care facilities has been reported. Medical staff often do not know effective ways of dealing with such incidents. An important aspect is also the perception of critical situations from the attacked staff?s point of view, who often do not find a sufficient support and help in their surroundings. The theoretical part deals with the forms of aggressive behaviour, communication and mental strain while looking after aggressive patients. The practical part is to determine the perception of particular medical staff members in case of an assault, its influence on their psyche and the possibilities of help when the critical situation abates. The acquired data was used to prepare suggestions on how to proceed in case of being assaulted by an aggressive patient.
